Chinese apparel retailer Bosideng plans UK foray

Bosideng, a China based apparel retailer with more than 8,000 stores in China will make its first foray in the overseas market with a flagship store in London.
This store to be unveiled on July 26, 2012 is located on South Molton Street, will also be the European headquarters for the Chinese retailer.
Bosideng has roped in designers Nick Holland and Ash Gangotra to design a pure European style range.
“Bosideng has achieved respect and recognition in China. This London store marks our first presence in the international markets”, said Bosideng founder - Gao Dekang.
He added, “After having done research over several years, we zeroed down on London as it is the hotspot of fashion in the European region”.
