Moncler unveils exclusive 60th anniversary logo

This year Moncler celebrate their 60th Anniversary and to commemorate this the brand have unveiled an exclusive, limited edition 60th anniversary logo as well as announcing plans for a special celebratory event to be held in Paris.

The duvet jacket is a timeless garment that in 60 years has crossed cultural fashions and styles alike. It has managed to make its mark as a contemporary icon without betraying its origins and history.

When Grenoble businessman René Ramillon, who specialised in mountain gear, designed a jacket in 1952 to protect his staff from the cold, he could hardly have imagined that he had created a staple of the modern wardrobe that would go on to fascinate the world at large.

Moncler will be celebrating this important anniversary in Paris with a special event to be held in 29th September during fashion week. The Parisian backdrop has been chosen to commemorate the brand’s origins. Right where the whole story started, with the unstoppable ascent to success, taking in the world’s highest peaks and the sophisticated summits of style.
