Denim Apparel completes acquisition of Moonlight Graham

Denim Apparel Group has completed its acquisition of Moonlight Graham Inc Moonlight Graham is a high-quality manufacturer of better men's and children's vintage-retro designed licensed sportswear featuring Major League Baseball, General Motors, Anheuser-Busch, Universal Studios and Cadbury-Schweppes.
Denim Apparel Group CEO Eric Joffe says, "Moonlight Graham is the first acquisition of the Denim Apparel Group as it embarks on the opportunity to roll-up the fragmented apparel industry.
Moonlight Graham is the prototypical Company the Denim Apparel Group seeks to acquire as it sells better/high quality merchandise to the finest stores in America utilizing contracts/licensing agreements with some of the world's best known Companies."
Bart Silberman, President of Moonlight Graham Inc says, "They are excited about being acquired by Denim Apparel Group as it will allow them to aggressively accelerate their sales by expanding their product line, adding marketing and advertising dollars to the brand and expanding their own Moonlight Graham retail store concept throughout America."
The Denim Apparel Group (DPGP) is a Company dedicated to the "roll-up" of the premium denim and sportswear business.
With the goal of acquiring apparel companies that are currently doing sales in the 2 - 5 million dollar range with the potential to grow in excess of 10 million in sales.
It is the ultimate goal of the Denim Apparel Group to grow to greater than 50 million in sales within a three year period.
