Gambino Apparel signs exclusive Master Distributor Agreement

Gambino Apparel Group Inc informed that it had signed a Master Distributor Agreement with Techno Holding Inc of Boynton Beach, FL granting Techno Holding exclusive representation of the Gambino product line in major Asian markets.
The agreement requires the Master Distributor to maintain a minimum monthly purchase volume of USD $250,000.00 during the first year.
As part of its marketing program, Techno Holdings plans to open three Gambino Apparel specialty boutiques in Japan during the first year of the Agreement, and to appoint several sub-distributors in other Asian countries. The agreement excludes the countries of India, Indonesia and The Philippines.
Christopher Gambino, Company CEO and Principal Designer, said, "We are looking forward to utilizing Techno Holding's extensive marketing channels in Asia to launch the international distribution of our Gambino-trademarked products, especially our signature 'Bullet Hole Jeans' line."
The company is presently negotiating additional Master Distributor Agreements for expansion into Eastern and Western Europe, the United Kingdom, and South America.
Gambino Apparel Group specializes in trendy Brazilian-cut denim fashions, including its signature line of 'Bullet Hole Jeans' accented with Swarovski crystals. It also designs and produces women's tops, skirts and lingerie as well as men's shirts and jeans.
