Embroidery takes to the limelight

Embroidery has been passed down through the centuries and continues to inspire designers. Originally carried out by hand, this finishing technique is often equated with the arts and crafts and has firmly made its mark in Haute Couture, ready-to-wear, intimates and beachwear.
