-Warren Clamen is resigning from the Company to pursue other opportunities.
-Rodney Hutton has joined the Company as Executive Vice President of the Men's Division.

Mr. Horowitz previously served as the President of the Men's Division for Iconix where he led the transition of the Umbro international business model and reestablished Starter as a premier athletic brand with NFL, NBA and MLB league collaborations.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Horowitz served as President for Modell's Sporting Goods. Mr. Horowitz began his career at Everlast where he held various roles, most recently Chairman, CEO, & President.
