Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. announced plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at Boulevard Consumer Square in Buffalo, N.Y. The approximately 35,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in fall 2015. The property is owned and managed by Benderson Development Company.
