House of Fraser names James Peach as Head - SEO

As part of the newly created role, Jamie Peach will lead a team of in-house SEO professionals and agency partners. He is tasked with driving significant change within the organisation as SEO is brought to the forefront of the already well-developed multichannel operations. Jamie Peach joins the business in early September.

House of Fraser’s online sales have continued to go from strength to strength now representing 18% of total sales. The growth has been driven by a successful redesign of the website, an improved distribution proposition with market leading delivery options and an expanded product offer with the introduction of many new brands.

Jamie brings with him nine years of marketing experience in the digital space with his experience spanning both the client and agency side across numerous industry verticals. Most recently he held the position of Senior SEO Manager at online fashion retailer, ASOS, where he has spearheaded their SEO programme. 

Prior to ASOS he headed up the SEO offering at digital performance agency Resolution Media before taking on a leadership role at Resolution International. Jamie started his SEO career in-house at Ladbrokes eGaming which then led him to a role at creative agency Razorfish where he worked on his first retail clients including ASDA and Levi's.
