H&M sales lift 16.74% in Q4FY14

Net sales lifted 16.74 per cent year on year in the fourth fiscal quarter ending November 30, 2014, at one of the biggest global apparel retailer and Sweden based, H&M Group.
As per provisional figures, for the fourth quarter of 2014, H&M recorded net sales at SEK 42,605 million as against SEK 36,495 million in the corresponding quarter of 2013.
As of November 30, 2014, number of stores managed by H&M too surged to 3,511 compared to 3,132 outlets on November 30, 2013.
For November, H&M said its sales in local currencies inclusive of VAT increased by 10 per cent from that reported in November 2013. (AR)
