Kuhlman Company schedules shareholder meeting on May 25

Specialty retailer Kuhlman Company Inc announced that the annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the company's headquarters at 701 North Third Street, Suite B-1, Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Thursday, May 25th 2006, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
The meeting is open to all stockholders of record on April 14th 2006.
Kuhlman is a specialty retailer and wholesale provider of both men's and women's apparel, offered under the Kuhlman brand through company-owned retail stores and under private labels through other large retailers.
Kuhlman opened its first retail store in July 2003 and now operates fifty (50) retail stores in 19 states and in the District of Columbia. Kuhlman's growth strategy includes offering men's and women's product at all opening stores. It has approx. 275 employees and its corporate office is located in Minneapolis, MN.
The meeting is open to all stockholders of record on April 14th 2006.
