Nitches announces filing date for Q3 results

Women's apparel company Nitches Inc has announced that management anticipates filing the company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the third quarter ended May 31st 2006 with the SEC no later than Friday July 21st 2006.
The company will file a Form 12b-25 with the SEC extending the filing deadline for the report by up to five calendar days.
Nitches Inc has been designing and marketing quality apparel for niche markets since 1971. It is headquartered in San Diego, California with offices in Los Angeles, New York City, Hong Kong and Istanbul.
