K2 Inc CEO, COO & CFO to host Q3 conference call

K2 Inc, a leading consumer products company, announced that on Wednesday, October 25, 2006, after the close of the trading day, the Company will release results for the three months ended September 30, 2006.
The Company also said that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Richard J. Heckmann, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Wayne Merck and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Dudley W. Mendenhall will host an investor conference call that same day, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio Web broadcast via the Internet at www.k2inc.net and www.earnings.com. For those who are not available to listen to the live broadcast, the call will be archived.
