Goody's appoints Amy Luttrell as VP & Jubal Skidgell as DMM

Goody's Family Clothing Inc announced that Amy Luttrell and Jubal Skidgell have been appointed to the position of vice president, divisional merchandise manager (DMM), in its corporate merchandising organization.
As divisional heads, they are responsible for the buying staff, financial planning and growth, and overall business management of their respective areas. They will both report to Mary Kwan, president and chief merchandising officer of Goody's Family Clothing.
Since joining Goody's in 1999, Luttrell, who will oversee the juniors area, has served as a buyer in both the juniors and shoe divisions.
She most recently served as divisional merchandise manager of the children's area. Prior to her work at Goody's, Luttrell was a sales merchandiser for Anderson Merchandisers of Amarillo, Texas.
Skidgell, who will now oversee center core, gifts and home, came to Goody's in 2000 as a buyer in the accessories area and was promoted to divisional merchandise manager of that area. He also served briefly as the head of the company's men's division. Before joining Goody's, he was a jewelry buyer for Stage Stores.
“Amy and Jubal have been an integral part of our merchandising team for some time,” said Kwan. “Both have the industry expertise necessary to lead these changing and growing divisions, and we feel confident with their leadership to direct these exciting areas of our business.”
