What once was a tremendous lint and dust problem over the Braun Flatwork Ironers is no more.
Steve Stark, Chief Engineer at the NJ Marriott Textile Service said the most noticeable improvement since installing (15) Pollution Fighters over the flatwork ironers is there is no more buildup of lint on the floors and overhead.
What use to be a job of continuously sweeping the floors has been greatly reduced to only once a day and there is no lint at all in the rafters.
It is understandable with a 25' ceiling height the buildup of lint on the lights, pipes and beams would obviously be a maintenance nightmare. Not anymore!
Overall the Pollution Fighter Automatic Lint Control System has improved the performance and working conditions at the Marriott Textile Service helping them reach their goal of processing in excess of a million pounds of linen a week, saving them time and money with a ROI in less than two years.
