Apparel exports from Turkey increased by 5.91 per cent in the first two months of 2020 compared to the same period in last year, according to the data from the Turkish Statistical Institute. Category-wise, exports of knitted and crocheted clothing and accessories (HS chapter 61) earned $1.494 billion during the first-two months, registering an increase of 3.4 per cent from $1.445 billion earned during the corresponding period of the previous year.
