Primarily due to positive growth achieved in Asia, Europe and the US, net revenue at premium fashion and leather goods marketer LVMH Group, climbed 15 per cent year over year to €9.9 billion in the three months ended March 31, 2017. On the other hand, organic revenue grew 13 per cent in the first quarter of 2017, when compared to the same period of 2016.

Louis Vuitton achieved a good start to the year, driven by creative momentum in all of its businesses, while Fendi continued its good performance, supported by its leather and fashion lines and other brands like Céline, Kenzo, Loewe and Berluti also showed progress.
The Marc Jacobs brand continued its product lines changes and also it's restructuring and the Rimowa brand, which recently joined the LVMH Group, will be consolidated in the second quarter of current year. (AR)
