Asian benzene prices hike last week

Benzene prices increased in Asia in the last week due to improved business movement in the region.
In Korea, average prices climbed US$ 35/ton to US$ 555/ton in the last week, a jump of 6.73 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the earlier week.
In Japan, average prices rose to US$ 575/ton in the last week, an improvement of 4.55 per cent as compared to US$ 550/ton in the former week.
In India, average prices moved up by US$ 25/ton to US$ 580/ton in the last week over US$ 555/ton in the preceding week.
