Asian PTA prices increase last week

PTA prices went up in Asia in the last week on the back of improved demand trend in the region.
In FE Asia, average prices rose by US$ 30/ton and finalized at US$ 900/ton in the last week, registering a gain of 3.45 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices surged by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 915/ton in the last week, an improvement of 3.39 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In India, average prices inched higher by US$ 20/ton and secured at US$ 905/ton in the last week over the previous week, a lift of 2.26 per cent.
