Asian PX prices improve last week

Paraxylene prices enhanced in Asia in the last week due to sustained bullish demand sentiments in the region.
In Korea, average prices went up by US$ 15/ton and assessed at US$ 945/ton in the last week, a gain of 1.61 per cent compared to the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices marginally hiked by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 955/ton in the last week, showing a rise of 1.06 per cent over the previous week.
In Taiwan, average prices increased by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 960/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week, a lift of 1.05 per cent.
