Asian PX prices leap higher last week

Paraxylene prices jumped up in Asia in the last week due to continued strong product demand in the region.
In Korea, average prices advanced sharply by US$ 35/ton and settled at US$ 1100/ton in the last week, an increment of 3.29 per cent over the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices edged up by US$ 35/ton and recorded at US$ 1120/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week, showing a climb of 3.23 per cent.
