Benzene prices edge lower in US last week

Benzene prices plunged in US in the last week due to unfavorable market conditions in the region.
In US, average prices stepped down by 10 cents/gallon and quoted at 255 cents/gallon, a decrement of 3.77 per cent as compared to previous week.
Meanwhile, in Europe, benzene prices increased by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 815/ton, a rise of 0.62 per cent as compared to the previous week due to robust buying interest in the region.
