Ethylene prices step up in US last week

Ethylene prices moved up in the US in the past week due to good trading activity in the region.
In the US, average prices inched higher up by 1 cents/pound and quoted at 15 cents/pound in the last week as compared to the previous week, a lift of 7.14 per cent.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices surged by US$ 20/ton and settled at US$ 1230/ton in the last week, showing a hike of 1.65 per cent over the previous week due to lift in the demand sentiments in the region.
