Favourable market fundamentals push Asian ethylene prices

Ethylene prices went up in Asia in the last week due to favorable market fundamental in the region.

In Korean market, average prices inched higher by US$ 35/ton and quoted at US$ 980/ton in the last week, a jump of 3.70 per cent from the previous week.

In Japan, average prices climbed by US$ 35/ton and assessed at US$ 975/ton in the last week, an increment 3.72 per cent over the previous week.

In NE Asia, average prices moved up by US$ 35/ton and quoted at US$ 1010/ton in the last week, a rise of 3.59 per cent compared to previous week.
