Propylene prices move up in Europe last week

Propylene prices rose in Europe in the last week due to gain in upstream energy prices in the region.

In Europe, average prices went up by € 20/ton and assessed at € 775/ton in the last week, an increase of 2.65 per cent from the previous week.

Meanwhile, propylene prices went up in US in the last week due to favorable market fundamentals.

In US, average prices increased by 5 cents/pound and quoted at 30 cents/pound in the last week, a rise of 20.00 per cent as compared to previous week.
