Setex introducing ERP for dyeing & finishing at ITMA

Supplier of automation solutions for the textile dyeing and finishing markets, Setex will introduce an ERP-software for data management called Setex Orgatex X1 at ITMA Asia. This new solution offers entire possibilities to realise an efficient digital workflow, which play an integral role that manage, predict and analyse processes and production recipes.

According to Setex, the root-data management manages all kinds of information-types and attributes, including maintenance, energy or efficiency information. This module allows inter-operability with highly specialised systems throughout the production chain.

The process and recipe module, while replacing existing dyeing and finishing processes, leverages the power of the expert´s knowledge, converting it into self-adapting standard processes.

The wizard module exploits the application's strengths of prescriptive analytics with appropriate parameters and letting the system adapt the production process and product quantities by an intelligent mechanism. (AR)
