Chinese PSF prices move southwards in current week

Chinese PSF prices followed a downward trend in the domestic market as well as in the USD based market during the current week.
PSF trends fell further due to sluggish demand from the downstream buyers in the Chinese market during the week under review.
The Chinese PSF market remained mediocre as downstream buyers preferred to stay away from the market after holidays due to weak market fundamentals.
PSF prices for 1.4 Den PSF in USD based market were assessed at around US$ 1.20-1.24/kg FOB N.E Asia basis.
Mainstream offers for 1.4 Den PSF hovered around RMB 8,940/ton in the Chinese domestic market.
