The drive was organised across three locations – Dollar’s Head Office in Kolkata, and Barasaat and Agarpara manufacturing units.
“Our employees are our family and their safety and wellbeing is of utmost importance to the productivity and efficiency of our organisation. With the lockdown restrictions being relaxed, we concluded that it would be only fair to have them back at work with minimum exposure to risk, which led us to launch our vaccination drive. We would also carry out this initiative across our plants in Tiruppur,” Dollar Industries managing director Vinod Kumar Gupta said.
Dollar Industries holds 15 per cent of the total market share in the organised segment and is the first Indian innerwear company to have a fully integrated manufacturing unit which is equipped with all the latest processing technology and the top-most finishing range to produce finished raw material dyed in any possible colour.
