Mumbai October 24, 2008: Inspired by the oceans of the world; Babita Malkani's collection called "Coralien" paid tribute to the coral reefs of the globe. Interesting designing along with luxurious satin, georgettes, linen, chiffon and cotton were blended together in shades of blue and green with a hint of orange, pink, white and black for fluid silhouettes, billowing sack dresses and layered gowns. The print story was abstract with detailing which revolved around smocking, shirring and delicate gathers to give a feminine touch to the garments.   Bollywood beauty, Celina Jaitley was the show stopper in a graceful layered georgette abstract print gown with beautiful embroidery on the bodice.
