Mumbai October 24, 2008: Creating rustic magic with their khadi and handloom garments, designers Aneeth and Chinar of GABA called their collection "Sooti". Reflecting the local crafts of the Rabari women and workers of Kolkata the collection had comfortable loose pedal pushers, flowing smocks, tunics, dresses and blouses all layered cleverly  - at times with nearly 4 garments in different colours which - were all ideal summer wear. The beautifully woven scarves with bright gamchas and fundas were a perfect accessory. The all cotton collection had fabrics which were light and breezy with just a hint of embroidery on the hems of Capris or discreetly done on the outfits. It was a truly perfect prêt collection for those hot summer days which can be mixed and matched cleverly.
