Menswear Day by Digvijay at LFW - Day 2

The look was very ethnic with a touch of western influence but the fabrics were organic cotton all the way coloured with herbal dyes, for the collection designed by Digvijay Singh for the Bhusattva label. Dressing his men in variations of the Bund gala and the Jodhpur trousers, Digvijay added some muted colour blocking for both garments in shades of orange, ecru, brown, beige and rust. Hoods either attached or separate gave a rustic slant to the creations. Interesting detailing was cuffed narrow pants, half placket slim kurtas, shoulder and yoke patches, taped narrow trousers and unstructured one button jackets. The styling was elegant and the detailing discreet, making this an avant garde men’s look for the next season.
