Amalraj Sengupta Day 2 at 12.00

For a collection called “Kendo” inspired by martial arts, the designer used a colour story of white, cream, grey and yellow for linen, cotton and jute that was turned into unconventional structured women’s wear with colour blocking that moved away from the obvious. Overlapping button closures, angular lines for pockets and hems and tops with intricate sleeves and shoulder detailing, projected the collection which was young, trendy and perfect look for summer.
