Roocroft & Wright to deploy XeBusiness IT System

Corporate wear supplier Roocroft and Wright have awarded an IT systems implementation contract to XeBusiness for its world class apparel and textile business management product, Xe-ERP2.
The company will deploy Xe-ERP2 to manage its CRM (Customer Relations Management), Product Sourcing and Distribution operations to improve and streamline customer service, reduce cost and provide timely management information to facilitate quick and accurate decision making.
Barry Freeman, Managing Director of Roocroft and Wright said, "We were using a general accounts package to help run our business and got to a point where our growth required a specialist apparel corporate wear system. XeBusiness demonstrated their product and convinced us it could handle our requirements both now and in the future at a cost that represented exceptional value."

The Norfolk-based Roocroft and Wright supplies corporate and club neckties and other items of corporate, and formal uniform accessories to a wide variety of customers that include police forces, ambulance and fires services. Dress shirts, waistcoats and formal trousers have also recently been incorporated in the range that also includes ladies uniform neckwear, epaulettes, bow-ties and cummerbunds, that be can supplied to specific customer design specifications. All products are designed and made with exceptional quality in mind.
