Technical and scientific expert in textile and wool industries, Canesis has developed a ski jacket called soft switch technology.
Andrew MacPherson, Chief Executive Officer, Canesis spoke on unique features of the product at Lincoln University.
The jacket is equipped with inbuilt wearable electronic devices such as MP3 players and cellphones and buttons on jacket's sleeve for smooth operation.
This soft switch technology jacket is developed by pressure-sensitive and textile based yarns.
The cost of this jacket is around £400 in UK and it cost around $1200 in New Zealand.
