Eurostop's WinRIMIS & WinPOS at Notting Hill boutique

Coco Ribbon, the luxury lifestyle brand has implemented Eurostop's WinRIMIS and WinPOS into its Notting Hill boutique, to capture sales at till point and manage stock. The store is an Aladdin's cave showcasing a wide range of handpicked, unique pieces of furniture, home and soft furnishings, fashion, lingerie and gifts, displayed in an unusual styled setting with a designer flair.
Coco Ribbon uses Eurostop's systems to manage stock flows through its store more efficiently, claiming improved profit margins as a result.
Eurostop's systems were selected for their proven expertise in the retail industry, in particular their understanding of the requirements of the independent niche retailer selling high quality designer styled items to a loyal and local clientele.
Coco Ribbon has implemented WinRIMS, the suite of head office applications including sales reporting and analysis, on a server in its head office. Daily sales transactions are updated from the EPOS systems in store to the head office, enabling the management team to closely monitor stock movements.
Future plans include linking the Eurostop systems with the boutique's web site, to provide the same customer experience on the web – such as viewing items in stock, stock levels and clearance sales - that larger retailers are able to offer.
