Spenta International Ltd has informed that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, have re-appointment M/s. A R Parikh, & Co, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for the accounting year 2007-08, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
