Zdesign 2.0 provides easy-to-use solution for fashion industry

Zweave Inc's next generation PLM for fashion, Zdesign 2.0, is complete and available to current and future customers. Zdesign PLM is designed specifically for the retail, footwear and apparel industries BY product design and development experts FOR product design and development experts.
“We are extremely pleased with our latest version of the Zdesign solution” said Laura McCan, Zweave's CEO. “Our enhancements included adding significant functionality across the entire lifecycle of product design and development and upgrading our user interfaces based on customer feedback.”
Zdesign is available on-demand (software as a service) or as a traditional enterprise software license. This flexibility is a key to delivering a solution that meets the unique needs of each customer.
Zdesign's solution consists of 11 modular “studios” that all work seamlessly together but also allow for segmentation of work by task and job function. The results are an easy to use system that is both efficient and powerful.
Zdesign 2.0 has complete functionality in: trend, merchandising, color, fabric, material, fit, design, graphics, packaging and a showroom.
A follow on release of version 2.5 is slated for the end of October and will round out the entire lifecycle with studios addressing: samples, costing, vendor management, production and marketing materials.
