AL Systems' WCS & DynaPick to increase Delta Galil order accuracy

AL Systems, the leading supplier of software solutions for improving distribution, is pleased to announce that Delta Galil USA has selected them to reduce their costs of distribution. AL Systems will put in automated conveyor system with their Warehouse Control System (WCS) and DynaPick pick-to-light system to dramatically reduce the costs of order fulfillment in their DC. This implementation is expected to have an eight month return on investment and will increase order accuracy to close to 99.9%.
“The ROI on this project is critical and AL Systems is committed to getting our client's return even faster” said Paul Lightfoot, CEO of AL Systems. “With our DynaPro WCS backbone installed, it will be even easier to do the next project and drive even more return on this investment. In the end our ultimate goal is to make our client's delighted and even more successful.”
The solution will allow Delta Galil to service their major big box retailers such as Wal-Mart, Kohls, and JC Penney with more accuracy and a lot less labor.
