Mr Silver as Sales Director for apparel market at TAGSYS

As TAGSYS continues to expand its presence in North America, Mr. Silver will help manage the company's continued growth in the region, as well as support TAGSYS' focus on the apparel market.
Prior to joining TAGSYS, Mr. Silver has held positions in consulting, apparel manufacturing and in sales management to the apparel industry, including serving as General Manager of Sales for Gerber Technology. He has also worked in supply chain sales for an Oracle-based solution in the apparel space, and served for five years as vice president of sales at TradeCard, a financial supply chain software provider. Most recently, he served as sales manager for the apparel, footwear and retail markets at GT Nexus.
Mr. Silver currently serves on the Advisory Board at the University of Missouri's Textile and Apparel Management Program, and is a member of the Supply Chain & Product Innovation Committee of AAFA (American Apparel and Footwear Association). He holds a degree in Management from Arizona State University, as well as a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology (part of the State University of New York).
