High-end designer Natori increases B2C sales with Insite

Insite Software, a leading provider of B2B and B2C ecommerce platforms and shipping solutions, announced that its customer, The Natori Company has complemented its existing high-end retail sales channel with an online B2C ecommerce site using the InsiteCommerce enterprise ecommerce platform. The online site went live in mid-2008, and in 2010 the company's online sales were up 200 percent from 2009.

“Insite Software provided us with the technology and expertise we needed to launch our ecommerce site, as well as the support to advance it as our ecommerce strategy grows,” said Ken Natori, Vice President of Finance at The Natori Company. “Insite delivered a high performing site and trained our internal staff to maintain the site on a daily basis. We are delighted by the site's sales growth in 2010, and are on our way to another year of strong ecommerce sales in 2011.”
