Blossom Premiere Vision to be held in December

The sixth edition of Blossom Premiere Vision, the event for the major luxury and creative fashion houses, will be held on December 12 and 13, 2018, at the Carreau du Temple in Paris, Italy. The show, targeting pre-collections at creative, luxury, and high-end fashion brands, will be held for the second time in this unique, centrally located Paris venue.

The space is particularly well-suited to welcome the fabric, leather, and accessory pre-collections from 115 exhibitors for spring summer 20. The offer is above all selective - all exhibitors have been hand-chosen by Première Vision based on their products’ quality and creativity - and particularly rich this season, with a 24 per cent increase over December 2017, according to a press release.

For spring summer 20, Blossom Première Vision strengthens its offer with collections and creative directions from 115 rigorously selected exhibitors: new product developments, the latest material innovations, colour trends, and more. Exceptional materials include noble leathers, precious metallic components, luxurious silks, cottons, and woollens, accessories in mother-of-pearl and engraved wood, fine embroidery and lace, original prints and jacquards, alluringly technical knits, fabrics and labels, and skins with naturally expressive grains. The Blossom Première Vision offer is perfectly suited to the requirements of leather-good, footwear and apparel designers, and is expanded this season by the added presence of 13 new companies.

Around 73 weavers including seven newcomers are there this season. These include Lace-makers, embroiderers, specialists in ultra-fantasy, jacket and coat weights, shirts and tailoring; knitwear specialists, experts in creative and fashion-oriented technical fabrics, silk makers, sophisticated print and embellishment specialists. 33 tanners including 6 new arrivals for apparel and leather goods and footwear markets: calfskin, lambskin, kid leather, exotic leathers are also there.

At Blossom Première Vision, the marketplace team will be on-hand to provide information to interested exhibitors, visitors, and the press, at a special meeting area at the show. Laurentine Périlhou will be the guest of honour. For two days, this outstanding artisan and macramé specialist will create a range of high-end textile samples. (GK)
