ITMA Asia 2016 at Shanghai this October will see Rieter showcase solutions for processing of synthetic staple fibres as also latest generation machines. Since China commands a large market share of synthetic fibres, its presentations will also focus on innovations in processing, and include components for the economic manufacture of high-quality yarns.

Visitors to the exhibition will also learn about the comprehensive portfolio of Reiter’s After Sales services, as well as the extended SPIDERweb for optimal use of spinning mills, the company said in a statement.

Further, under their trademarks Rieter, Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen, all three business groups will showcase their products and service innovations for complete systems, spinning preparation and end-spinning process.

The highlights include the new RSB-D 50 single-head draw frame generation which offers an unprecedented level of productivity with the highest quality standards. The patented drive technique ECOrized as well as an innovative autoleveller and fibre guidance allow up to 33 per cent higher delivery speed. The new coiler CLEANcoil-PES extends the cleaning cycle on critical polyester fibres by at least 100 per cent. In addition, the machine is characterised by significantly lower energy consumption.

The company will also present the J 26 air-jet spinning machine for the first time in China which is used for processing of viscose, combed cotton and blends. Further enhanced as compared to the previous model, it makes economic production over a wide yarn spectrum possible. The P 26 polyester option will also be exhibited.

For the first time in China, Rieter will also show the new combing set, comprising the E 36 OMEGAlap and six E 86 combers for the 540 kg/h set production.

The Rieter After Sales will present various solutions for optimising the processing of synthetic and natural fibres and blends in the spinning mill. In addition to the programme of Basis MMF conversion packages, Rieter will also display innovative spare parts which improve yarn quality and productivity for cards (web bridges), draw frames (CLEANcoil-PES), ring spinning machines (Q-package) and rotor machines (ANTIstatic disc, clip opening roller). Rieter After Sales will demonstrate its service competence also with mill assessments, customer training and e-learning.

Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen will display components and systems for the economic manufacture of high quality yarns from natural fibres, synthetic fibres or their blends. Focus would be on the STARLETplus traveller, the ORBIT and redORBIT rings and the new clothing versions for cards. These products are especially suitable for processing synthetic yarns and their blends. Excellent yarn results, increased production and extended life cycle are outstanding attributes. The EasyTop clothing, high-performance spindles with CROCOdoff, the ring spinning compact system EliTeCompactSet Advanced and spinning accessories for open end spinning complete the wide range of components.

Visitors to Reiter’s booth would also get information about the mill management system SPIDERweb with six new modules—a groundbreaking step in the use of the ‘Internet of Things’ for optimising the spinning mill. “With the mobile app, the Mill Manager has firm control of the data of his operating facility at all times,” the company said.
