Savio to exhibit winding innovations at ITMA Asia

Savio, an Italian textile winding machine specialist will exhibit innovations in the winding segment by showcasing the new Eco PulsarS automatic winder, the drumless Multicone technology and the proven Polar winding machine at ITMA Asia in hall 1, booth B28. All machines represent high end and niche products with important technological content.
After launching the Eco PulsarS at ITMA Milan 2015, the machine will be showed in China for the first time. The winder can save up to 30 per cent power bill, reduce yarn waste, air conditioning costs and noise inside the spinning room.
Savio's thread-guide technology, the Multicone drumless represents a solution to achieve flexibility in package formation, for an easy and fast change in the winding process to manufacture all yarn package formats.
Savio's thread guide electronic control allows to set winding angle, traverse stroke, position on the package tube and the yarn distribution over the package, which allows for optimising all the downstream processes.
On the other hand, the Polar winder is Savio's well proven and the bestselling automatic winder. All Polar models, whether manual feeding or stand-alone autofeeding or automatic link feeding, represent the best in its class technology.
The model pioneered the use of efficient and reliable electronic servo controls to boost performance and has been designed keeping in mind the demands of customers like increased productivity, reduced energy consumption, reduced waste and production of yarn packages of top high quality. (AR)
