SPGPrints & Stovec to show printing tech at India ITME

SPGPrints, a textile, label, and industrial printing company and India's Stovec Industries Ltd, will present the latest SPGPrints digital inkjet and rotary screen printing technologies that enable textile printers to optimise uptime and print on the widest range of fabrics at India ITME 2016, from December 3 to 8, 2016, in Mumbai, in booth H5 A16.

The company will show the Pegasus EVO that offers all the functionalities required by ever increasing quality conscious customers for rotary screen printing at the expo. With new features and many options, Pegasus EVO offers quality, reliability and an attractive price-performance ratio that makes it ideal for Indian and international customers.

SPGPrints' Javelin scanning digital inkjet printer, designed for companies printing up to two million metres of textiles annually, will also be a part of the expo. The Javelin printer features SPGPrints' unique Archer technology. Javelin complements SPGPrints' PIKE digital printer that is capable of printing up to 13 million metres per year. The PIKE's fixed-array printing bar comprises 43 print heads for single-pass printing in a width of 1850millimetres.

SPGPrints' portfolio of NEBULA inkjet inks for textile applications that offer a broad colour gamut, optimised drying and excellent runnability with all digital printers using Kyocera print heads, will also be displayed at the expo. Developed and manufactured by SPGPrints, the four ink chemistries in the NEBULA range address the widest range of textile applications and fabrics which include Nebula Sublimation inks, Nebula Reactive HD (high density) inks, Nebula Acid HD inks for Polyamide (PA) Lycra swimwear, and Nebula Disperse inks for polyester and blended fabrics.

The company will also show laser engraving system, bestLEN, for imaging textile rotary screens at the expo. Equipped with special bestIMAGE software and automatic laser power calibration, bestLEN achieves unprecedented levels of repeatable quality and efficiency.

NovaScreen screens that offer the optimum in print quality and productivity for printing all kinds of fabrics, ranging from cotton, polyester and viscose, to silk, rayon and heavy materials like car upholstery, will be a part of the show. NovaScreen 135ED, with the largest wall thickness is ideal for achieving even coverage. NovaScreen 165ED is suited for the broadest range of applications on knitwear. Geometric shapes, fine outlines, and four-colour printing are best with Nova 195ED. SPGPrints' RandomScreen for digital printing will also be exhibited. (GK)
