Staubli to show optimised workflow solutions at Febratex

French textile machinery producer Stäubli is exhibiting at Brazilian trade show Febratex, being held from August 9-12, 2016 in sector 1, booth no. 11 and will show solutions for optimised workflow in weaving mills.
One of the products on show is the Topmatic, a warp tying machine, which reduces idle time, during the warp beam change process by ensuring perfect quality knots leading to higher productivity.
According to the company, Stäubli dobbies and cam motions have set new standards in design, reliability, and efficiency since the company was founded.
The latest generation S3000/3200 rotary dobby family comes with a new locking system, the heart of every dobby and offers enhanced security for the selection of the heald frames, allowing higher running speeds.
In Jacquard weaving, the company has the versatile type SX Jacquard machine, which is available in two sizes, with 1408 or 2688 hooks and is adaptable to rapier, airjet, water jet, and projectile weft-insertion systems.
For flat, terry and technical fabrics, Stäubli offers the LX and LXL models for the creation of sophisticated high-speed applications available in formats up to 18,432 hooks, with two machines in tandem allowing a format of up to 36,864. (AR)
