Asian MEG trends down from dull demand last week

Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) prices went down Asia in last week ending 12th July as compared to the previous week due to ample product availability and dull downstream demand in the region.
In India, average prices were assessed at US$ 990/ton last week, lower by 1.79% as compared to the average prices of US$ 1010/ton in its previous week ending July 5.
In China, prices were hovering in the range of US$ 980-990/ton last week, as compared to US$ 990-1015/ton in its previous week.
