Asian benzene declines from sluggish demand on June 29

Benzene prices declined in Asia on Monday (June 29) from lower upstream energy prices, feedstock prices and sluggish downstream demand in the region.
In Korea, prices were assessed at US$ 795/ton on Wednesday, lower by US$ 45/ton or 5.36 per cent as compared to prices at end of last week.
In Japan, prices were spotted at US$ 800/ton, down by US$ 45/ton or 5.33 per cent as against prices towards end of previous week.
In India, prices were offered at US$ 805/ton, also lower by US$ 45/ton or 5.29 per cent from prices at end of the last week.
