Asian ethylene prices surge on Friday

Ethylene prices surged in Asia on Friday due to favourable market conditions in the region.
In Japan, ethylene prices stepped up by US$ 140ton on Friday compared to previous day and assessed at US$ 1150/ton.
In Korea, ethylene prices increased by US$ 140/ton from Thursday’s assessed level and quoted at US$ 1155/ton on Friday.
In SE Asia, ethylene prices improved by US$ 45/ton and quoted at US$ 1070/ton on Friday.
In NE Asia, ethylene prices soared by US$ 75/ton from Thursday and assessed at US$ 1195/ton on Friday.
