Asian PTA prices improve past week

PTA prices improved in Asia in the last week due to insufficient product availability in the region.
In FE Asia, average prices marched higher by US$ 5/ton and recorded at US$ 725/ton in the last week, after a gain of 0.69 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices went up by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 740/ton in the last week, an enhancement of 0.68 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In India, average prices soared by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 745/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a climb of 0.68 per cent.
