Benzene prices surge due to improved buying interest in US

Benzene prices increased in US in the last week due to improved buying interest in the region.
In US, Benzene prices moved up by 15 cents and quoted at 275 cents/gallon in the last week, as compared to previous week, a rise of 5.77 per cent.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices kept firm and quoted at US$ 815/ton in the last week due to mute buying sentiments.
