The Milano Unica Pavilion, which hosted Italian fabric and accessories exhibitors at the just concluded Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics trade show, reported a 20 per cent rise in visitor numbers over the October 2015 edition. The Milano Unica pavilion at the fair hosted 75 Italian companies who showcased fashion fabrics and garment accessories.

“Menswear remains the most stable and concrete segment as like everywhere else, men's tastes are focused on the instrinsic value of the garment while women's tastes, with their rotating and manifold wardrobes are more impulsive and more conditioned by fantasy and colours,” Poala observed. (AR)
